Tuition and Scholarships at Immaculate Conception School

FACTS AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PLAN

I.C. uses the FACTS Automatic Withdrawal Plan for payment of tuition, and payments are withdrawn on a monthly basis. By default, monthly payments are made on the 5th or 20th of each month. Contact the Parish Office to make different arrangements. 

All families will be required to sign up for FACTS Financial for tuition and school fees. There is a $55 annual fee if tuition is paid quarterly or monthly, $25 if semi-annual or annual through FACTS Financial. 

*If you belong to one of the outlying parishes, please check with your Pastor. All tuition and payments, including registration fees and incidental fees are payable to Immaculate Conception School, not your home parish. All out-of-parish families will be required to sign up for FACTS. 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The last thing we want is for money to stand in the way of your child’s future. If you want your child to receive an I.C. education, we will find a way to make that happen. Families are encouraged to apply for scholarships. There are several opportunities for financial aid, including Alive-In-Christ, Beyond Sunday, Today & Tomorrow Foundation, Catholic Family Tuition Assistance, and Parish Tuition Assistance. 

If you are a registered parishioner of I.C. or one of our partner parishes AND if you have a student enrolled in our ECLC, a tuition discount is available.
