Fall Festival

Chair: Craig Edmister

Call: Parish Office, 636-583-5144

Immaculate Conception’s Fall Festival is one of our school’s largest fundraisers. It is held the 4th Sunday in September. It starts around 11 AM and ends around 6PM. There are several activities to take part in such as chicken dinner, beer and wine garden, washers tournament, 3-on-3 basketball tournament, cake walk, bake sale, carnival games, raffle, lottery and games of chance. Since this is our biggest event of the year, all school families are required to volunteer at least two hours to ensure the continued success of the fundraiser.

Dinner Auction

Chair: Shelly Jensen

Call: School Office 636-583-2641

Immaculate Conception’s Dinner Auction is one of our school’s largest fundraisers. It is a fun night that combines a nice dinner with silent and live auctions and is open to the public. The themes vary year to year and participants are encouraged to dress in accordance with the year’s respective theme. If you’re interested in attending, you can purchase single tickets or buy a table of 8. Families are encouraged but not required to volunteer. Eighth graders are required to volunteer to serve the dinner. Each class at IC contributes a basket of goods to be auctioned off.

Home & School's Mega Raffle

Contact: Home & School Association

Home & School equally supports parents, teachers, and students and we are committed to making things easier for everyone, therefore it is our goal to only host one fundraiser per year. If we meet our fundraising goal, we can eliminate the stress of hosting several fundraisers and continue to support parents, teachers, and students financially. Home & School has a robust annual operating budget of around $20,000 and saves parents at least $14,000 annually with the remaining amount helping our teachers. There is little to no discretionary spending making every dollar earned count. It is imperative that all IC families support our one-and-only fundraiser.

The Mega Raffle was born of necessity because of Covid-19 and has turned out to be the easiest fundraiser we have ever hosted making it sure to be a long-time staple for our association. The fundraiser begins mid-October and ends mid-December with the idea of the winners having extra money to spend on or around Christmas.
