Volunteering

Many Hands Make Light Work

The success of Immaculate Conception is directly dependent on our volunteers. IC would not be the school it is today without the countless logged by many volunteers. We cannot thank our families and friends enough for their time. All adults who volunteer to work with the students or go on field trips must attend the Protecting God’s Children workshop and fill out the necessary paperwork for a background check. They must also read the Code of Ethics manual and sign the signature page. This only has to be done one time, not yearly.

The school recognizes that individual family situations result in a variance in any parent’s ability to assist in support of the school through volunteer activities. If parents are unable to volunteer, they are required to donate $150 dollars to help pay someone to fill in over and above their own volunteer time.
